Alicia M. Phidd - Graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in December, 1998. She received a BSc. in Chemistry in 1992 from SUNY at Stony Brook and a Masters degree in Environmental Studies in 1996. Ms Phidd also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Solid Waste Management from SUNY at Stony Brook in 1996. Ms. Phidd is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and is an active member of the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
